Our Mission
To build self-confidence through fitness and fun. We strive to teach the sport in a safe & positive environment. We believe in potential for every athlete that walks through our doors.
Gymnastics, when taught properly, can be the driving force to deliver lifelong knowledge of physical fitness & skills. No better foundation can be laid than one built in the attributes of gymnastics. J&O Gymnastics believes that our children are the world's most precious gift. Our goal is to ensure that every child who participates in our program receives the same quality instruction regardless of their ability, race, or talent. Accomplishing this ensures that each child feels as special as they truly are & ensures each child is taught that they can accomplish their goals & dreams if they put their mind to it.

Class Schedules
Our current classes are run through a 9-week session, that begins February 24 and ends on April 26, 2025. Our next session begins April 28-June 7, 2025 - online registration starts April 17, 2025, and ends April 21, 2025
Registration deadline for our winter session was February 17, 2025. If you forgot to register for class or would like to add another class, please contact Julie Remackel.

At J&O Gymnastics, we offers classes from 18-months to 18 years old. We have a variety of classes including Toddler Time, Beginner & Advanced Classes, Team Programs, Private Lessons, High School Classes, Birthday Parties & much more!

Pre-Competitive Team

This program emphasizes strength training, body shaping, and skill development across all four gymnastics events to prepare girls for the pre-team & competitive team level.
Additional training and drills using various gymnastics equipment are more often included to enhance gymnast strength, body shaping, flexibility, and their overall grasp on the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Our Team Program is invite only & is a year round program. Gymnasts have the chance to compete against other teams and are judged based on their age groups. J&O MAGA Teams will compete around 6-8 times per season, with the hopes of qualifying for the MAGA State Championships.

Julie & Olivia bring dedication, expertise, skill, and passion to their coaching partnership. With years of experience in coaching and competing in gymnastics, they both understand the importance of providing a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.
Julie & Olivia are confident that they can create an impactful gymnastics program that will help all athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals in & out of gymnastics.
They are excited to embark on this journey together and are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their gymnasts through their coaching partnership and excellent coaching staff.
